Frederick Saunders, CCS, JP, (c.1804 - 29 September 1870) was the acting Postmaster General of Ceylon (1839), Legislative Council the eleventh Treasurer of Ceylon (1861–1865), and a member of both the Legislative Council and Governor's Executive Council, under the Robinson administration.
