Galal Mostafa Mohamed Saeed (Arabic: جلال مصطفى محمد سعيد) is an Egyptian engineer and politician. He was the Minister of Transport of Egypt in two occasions, initially from 2011 to 2012 and later from 2016 to 2017. He also served as Governor of Cairo from 2013 to 2016.
