Gao Yao (simplified Chinese: 高尧; traditional Chinese: 高堯; pinyin: Gāo Yáo; born July 13, 1978) is a former Chinese football player who was able to play in both midfield or defence. He was known as a 'One club man' as he spent his whole career with Shandong Luneng playing in the Chinese Super League, while internationally he was also included in the Chinese team that was a participant at the 2002 FIFA World Cup.
