Geoffrey Groselle (born February 12, 1993) is a US-born, naturalized Polish professional basketball player for Trefl Sopot of the Polish Basketball League (PLK). A left-handed center, he played high school basketball at Plano West Senior High School, and four seasons in the NCAA Division I with the Creighton Bluejays. After going undrafted in the 2016 NBA draft, Groselle started a professional career in Europe with German team Löwen Braunschweig of the Basketball Bundesliga. In 2019 he won the bronze medal at the 2019 Pan American Games.
