Glenrose Xaba (born 31 December 1994) is a South African long-distance runner. In 2018, she won the SPAR Grand Prix 10 km series. She competed in the senior women's race at the 2019 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Aarhus, Denmark, where she finished in 67th place. In 2024, she won the SPAR Grand Prix 10 km series.
In 2024 she broke the 10km national record with a time of 31:12.
