Goiana (Portuguese: [gojˈɐ̃nɐ]) is a city in Brazil in the northeast of the state of Pernambuco, roughly 65 km north of the city of Recife, 51 km from the capital of Paraíba and 2,187 km from Brasília.
Its historic center was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1938. It also has the easternmost continental point in its state, at Ponta do Funil in the coastal district of Ponta de Pedras.
