Grądzik [ˈɡrɔnd͡ʑik] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Górowo Iławeckie, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia. It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north-east of Górowo Iławeckie, 19 km (12 mi) north-west of Bartoszyce, and 66 km (41 mi) north of the regional capital Olsztyn.
