Gregg Barrios Book in Translation Prize

The Gregg Barrios Book in Translation Prize is awarded by the National Book Critics Circle (NBCC), USA. Named after the San Antonio playwright, poet and journalist Greg Barrios (d. 2021), the prize was agreed in 2021, and the first prize was awarded in 2022. It is awarded annually for “the best book of any genre translated into English and published in the United States”.
