Greta Morgan Salpeter (born February 12, 1988) is an American singer-songwriter and musician based in Los Angeles, California. Her career began in 2005 as singer/pianist of the Chicago-based band the Hush Sound. She later formed the band Gold Motel, whose debut album was released on June 1, 2010. Since 2014, she performs under the name Springtime Carnivore and has released two albums.
