HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited (Chinese: 汇丰银行(中国)有限公司; often abbreviated as 汇丰中国) is the Chinese branch of the global HSBC financial institution, and was one of the first foreign banks to incorporate locally in mainland China in 2007. It is part of the worldwide HSBC Group and is wholly owned by HSBC's Hong Kong operations.
