Haitian French (French: français haïtien [fʁɑ̃sɛ aisjɛ̃]; Haitian Creole: fransè ayisyen) is the variety of French spoken in Haiti. Haitian French is close to standard French. It should be distinguished from Haitian Creole, which is not mutually intelligible with French.
