Harilla Papajorgji (11 October 1933 - 7 September 2019) was an Albanian politician, professor of economics and statesman. He served as chairman of the State Planning Commission from 1982 to 1985, member of People's Assembly from 1982 to 1987 and vice director of the Scientific Institute of Central Party Committee from 1985 to 1991.
