Hassan Dahir Mohamoud 'Afqurac' (Somali Xasan Daahir Maxamuud Af-Qurac; d. January 21, 2013 Arabic حسن طاهر محمود افقرع) was a former Vice President of Puntland from 8 January 2005 to 8 January 2009 and was succeeded by Abdisamad Ali Shire. In 2013, he died of liver disease in Nairobi.
