Hermilando Ingco "Dodo" Mandanas (born March 25, 1944) is a Filipino politician who has served as the 21st governor of Batangas since 2016. Mandanas previously served in this position from 1995 to 2004. He served as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the second district of Batangas from 2004 until 2013.
