Hezi Bezalel

Hezi Bezalel (Hebrew: חזי בצלאל; born 1951) is an Israeli businessman. He is active mostly in Israel, the US, Britain, India, and various countries in Africa. He serves as the Honorary Consul of Rwanda in Israel.
