Hiltl Restaurant is a vegetarian restaurant in Switzerland. The restaurant holds the Guinness world record for being the oldest continuously open vegetarian restaurant in the world. The restaurant is in Sihlstrasse in Zurich. Two others in the same city, which opened later, are the Hiltl Sihlpost at Europaallee (Kasernenstrasse) and the Hiltl Dachterrasse (lit. 'roof top terrasse') in Beatengasse (near Bahnhofstrasse).
