Hisashi Tokunaga (徳永 久志, Tokunaga Hisashi; born June 27, 1963) is a Japanese politician who was a member of the House of Councillors and later, the House of Representatives. A graduate of Waseda University, he was elected to the National Diet for the first time in 2007 after serving in the assembly of Shiga Prefecture.
