Hokuriku-Shin'etsu proportional representation block

The Hokuriku-Shin'etsu proportional representation block is one of eleven proportional representation (PR) "blocks" (multi-member constituencies) for the House of Representatives in the Diet of Japan. It contains the regions of Hokuriku and Shin'etsu.
