Wallis Eastburn Howe FAIA (September 12, 1868 – September 15, 1960) was a notable American architect from Rhode Island. Howe became a partner in the Providence architectural firm of Clarke & Howe in 1901 and was senior partner of that firm's successors from 1928 until his death in 1960.
