Hussein Kulmiye Afrah (Somali: Xuseen Kulmiye Afrax, Arabic: أفراح حسين) (1920 – 1993) was the Vice President of Somalia during the era of Siad Barre, serving from 1972 to 1990. He was also a member of the Supreme Revolutionary Council and served as the Minister of Interior from 1971 to 1974.
