Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas ⓘ CFR psc+ GSS AM ndc MSc (born 27 September 1960) is a retired Nigerian Navy vice admiral, who was the 22nd Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) of the Nigerian Navy from 2015 to 2021. He has served as the Sole Administrator of Rivers State since 18 March 2025, following the suspension of Governor Siminalayi Fubara by President Bola Tinubu after declaring a state of emergency.
