Ibrahim Murtala Muhammed (born 14 December 1974) is a Ghanaian politician, member of the Eighth and ninth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Tamale Central (Ghana parliament constituency) and currently serves as the minister of Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation. He once served as the member of Parliament for Nanton, the Deputy Minister for Information and Media Relations and the Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry. He is Member of Parliament for Tamale Central Constituency in the Northern Region. In December 2024, he was re-elected to serve as Member of Parliament for Tamale Central Constituency in the Ninth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana.
