Igor Nikolayevich Albin (Russian: Игорь Николаевич Албин, until 2014 Igor Slyunyayev (Игорь Слюняев), born 4 October 1966) is a Russian politician, former Vice Governor of Saint Petersburg (2014–2018).
He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation.
