Ilaria Sanguineti (born 15 April 1994) is an Italian professional racing cyclist, who rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam Lidl–Trek. During her career, Sanguineti has taken four victories – three of which have come at the Tour de Bretagne Féminin, including the general classification in 2015.
