The Ilfis (in the local dialect: [(d̥) ˈʏu̯fiz̥/ˈɪu̯fiz̥]) is a Swiss river in the cantons of Bern and Lucerne. It runs through the Entlebuch and upper Emmental regions before joining the Emme.
