The Ilyushin Il-20M (Russian: Ильюшин Ил-20М, NATO code name : "Coot-A" ) is a COMINT/ELINT surveillance-reconnaissance aircraft development of the Ilyushin Il-18. It was first observed by NATO in 1978.
