Iliya Hordev (Ukrainian: Ілля Гордєв; Yiddish: איליה גארדעוו), commonly known as Isaac Teper (Ukrainian: Ісаак Тепер; Yiddish: יצחק טעפער), was a Ukrainian Jewish anarchist, who became a leading member of the Nabat and the Makhnovist movement in 1920. His account of the movement's history, published in 1924, provided a key primary source for historiography about the movement.
