Ptitim (Hebrew: פְּתִיתִים, p'titím, lit. 'flakes', singular: פְּתִית, p'tít, lit. 'flake'), often called Israeli couscous in English, is toasted pasta in tiny balls. Despite its name, it is not a type of couscous (Hebrew: קוּסְקוּס, kus'kus).
