Issam Sartawi (Arabic: عصام السرطاوي; 1935 – 10 April 1983) was a senior member of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). He is remembered for his "moderate" stance within the PLO and his participation in dialogues with Israeli counterparts.
Sartawi was assassinated on 10 April 1983. The Abu Nidal Organization, a hardline Palestinian group, claimed responsibility for his assassination.
