Ivančice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈɪvantʃɪtsɛ]; German: Eibenschütz) is a town in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 9,900 inhabitants. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected as an urban monument zone.
