Jahangir Khan Tareen (Urdu: جہانگیر خان ترین) (born 4 July 1953) is a Pakistani industrialist and politician who is the founder of JDW Sugar Mills, also known as JDW Group, a conglomerate specializing in the manufacturing and sale of sugar and associated products, ethanol(bio-fuels) production, power generation, transmission and sales, sugar cane farms, and aircraft operations and maintenance services. Jahangir Tareen is also the chairman and owner of JK Group, a conglomerate specializing in manufacturing and sale of sugar and associated products, milk production, processing and sales, power generation, transmission and sales, production and sales of fruits and agricultural produce, granite mining and sales, PepsiCo Multan franchise and PSL Multan Sultans' franchise. Khan has been a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan thrice between 2002 and 2017.

Born in Comilla, Tareen was educated at the Forman Christian College in Lahore, and later attended the University of North Carolina.

Prior to entering politics, he had been a lecturer and banker. Tareen began his political career when he served as the special adviser on agriculture and social sector initiatives to the then Chief Minister of Punjab, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, before being appointed the Federal Minister for Industries and Production where he served from 2004 to 2007 in the Shaukat Aziz ministry. In 2011, he joined PTI and became its General Secretary where he served until December 2017. On 8 June 2023, he launched his own political party, Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP). On 12 February 2024, he resigned from IPP and decided to leave politics.
