Jak Jones (born 29 July 1993) is a Welsh professional snooker player.
He is from Cwmbran, Torfaen, in South Wales. He became a professional in 2010 at the age of 16 after winning the 2010 European Under-19 Snooker Championship in Malta.
As a qualifier he reached the final of the 2024 World Snooker Championship, in which he lost 18–14 to Kyren Wilson.
