Jacob Tanner Ceresna (born July 9, 1994) is an American professional football defensive end for the Edmonton Elks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Cortland. Ceresna has also been a member of the New York Jets, Ottawa Redblacks, Toronto Argonauts, and New York Giants.
