James Koh Cher Siang PJG PPA(E) (born 5 February 1942) is a Singaporean former civil servant and he was the chairman of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (1981–1987) and the Housing and Development Board (2007–2016).
Koh served as a director of DBS Bank (1981–1996), National Kidney Foundation (2005–2007), Singapore Airlines (2005–2011), United Overseas Land (2005–2012), CapitaMall Trust (2009–2013) and United Overseas Bank (2012–2021).
