James Oliver Charles Tomkins (born 29 March 1989) is an English former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. He represented England at all levels up to the under-21 team and represented Great Britain at the 2012 London Olympics. He is a product of the West Ham youth academy.

During his 17-year career, Tomkins played for West Ham, Crystal Palace, and Derby County, until his retirement in March 2025.
