Jean-François Pauzé (born 12 September 1975), known as JF Pauzé, is a Québécois songwriter and musician known for being the guitarist and a member of the group Les Cowboys Fringants which he co-founded with singer Karl Tremblay in 1994. He is the principal lyricist and composer of the band, having written most of their songs released since the 1990's.
Although he's not the principal singer, he plays a key role into spreading the message of the group and its musical style. His texts are ones of protestation, adressing themes about social issues, political debates, environment preservation, by combining humour, emotion and poetry.
