Jeff Barnes (born March 1, 1955) is an American former professional football linebacker. He was a member of the Los Angeles and Oakland Raiders from 1977 to 1987 of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at California and was selected by the Raiders in the 5th round of the 1977 NFL draft.
