Jennifer Brigid O'Malley Dillon (née O'Malley; born September 28, 1976) is an American former political strategist who chaired former Vice President Kamala Harris's unsuccessful 2024 presidential campaign.

O’Malley also chaired former President Joe Biden's 2024 reelection campaign. O'Malley Dillon was White House deputy chief of staff for the first three years of Biden's presidency, after managing his 2020 presidential campaign. She is the first female campaign manager for a successful Democratic presidential ticket. In 2019, she managed Beto O'Rourke's presidential campaign.
