James Robert Blewett (born August 26, 1980) is an American professional stock car racing driver who last competed in the SMART Modified Tour, driving the No. 99 for Jamie Tomaino. He has also previously competed in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour. He is the younger brother of the late John Blewett III, who also raced in modifieds.
