Joan Marie Fitzgerald (née Wypiszynski; born October 4, 1964) is an American Democratic politician and retired high school teacher from Jefferson County, Wisconsin. She is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing Wisconsin's 46th Assembly district since 2025. She previously served five years as a member of the Jefferson County Board of Supervisors.
