Joseph Cullen (born 13 July 1989) is an English professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, where he is currently ranked world number twenty-four. Cullen won his first PDC major title at the 2022 Masters, defeating Dave Chisnall in the final, and played at the 2022 Premier League Darts where he finished as runner-up. Cullen has won eleven ranking PDC titles in his professional career.
