Joe Hayes (20 January 1936 – 1 February 1999) was an English footballer who played as an inside forward for Manchester City, Barnsley and Wigan Athletic. He is tied with Francis Lee as the second highest goalscorer in the Manchester derby, and is Manchester City's fifth highest goalscorer of all time.
