John Lingard of Pentonville

John Lingard of Pentonville (24 February 1768 – March 1845) was an English author and expert in the field of dry rot. He also worked with Richard Holmes Laurie (a cartographer) to produce a detailed map of the area of London covering 32 square miles (83 km2) from St Paul's Cathedral.
