John Michael Mullin (born 11 August 1975) is an English former professional footballer who played as a midfielder for clubs including Sunderland, Burnley, Rotherham United, Tranmere Rovers, and Accrington Stanley, and is the brother of former Accrington and Morecambe player Paul Mullin. He is now a member of the coaching staff at Manchester City U18s.
