José Félix Ribas

José Félix Ribas (Spanish pronunciation: [xoˈse ˈfeliɣs ˈriβas]; Caracas, 19 September 1775 – Tucupido, 31 January 1815) was a Venezuelan independence leader and hero of the Venezuelan War of Independence.
