Joseph Oscar Rogers Jr. (October 8, 1921 – April 6, 1999) was an American politician. A member of the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, he served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 1955 to 1966 and served as the United States attorney for the Eastern District of South Carolina from 1969 to 1970.
