Kathiravelu Shanmugam Kugathasan (Tamil: கதிரவேலு சண்முகம் குகதாசன்; born 16 October 1953) is a Sri Lankan Tamil social activist, politician and Member of Parliament. A member of the Tamil National Alliance, he has represented Trincomalee District since July 2024.
