Kapil Harishchandra Patil is an Indian politician and member of Indian National Congress. He was Founder and President of the Samajwadi Ganarajya Party till October 2024. He is a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Council from Mumbai Teachers constituency from June 2006 to July 2024.
Earlier he was appointed as JD (U) national general secretary in 2022 and JD (U) in-charge of Gujarat & Goa.
