Karabakh University (Azerbaijani: Qarabağ Universiteti) is a higher education institution established in 2023 under the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. It is located in the city of Khankendi in the Karabakh Economic Region of Azerbaijan. It occupies the premises of what was Artsakh University, the main institution of higher education in the region during the time it was under the control of the Republic of Artsakh, before the exodus of the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh following the 2023 Azerbaijani offensive in Nagorno-Karabakh.
