The Karangasem Regency Regional House of Representative (Indonesian: Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Karangasem; Balinese: ᬤᬾᬯᬦ᭄ᬧᭂᬃᬯᬓᬶᬮᬦ᭄ᬭᬓᬢ᭄ᬤᬳᬾᬭᬄᬓᬩᬸᬧᬢᬾᬦ᭄ᬓᬭᬗᬲᭂᬫ᭄, abbreviated to DPRD Karangasem) is the unicameral legislature of the Karangasem Regency of Bali, Indonesia. It has 45 members and 7 representatives political party, with the majority of votes won by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P).

The Karangasem Regency DPRD is a people's representative institution directly elected by the people of Karangasem Regency in the legislative general election every five years.
